A1:I’m 5’1″ and 140lbs. I got a small and it fits great. Still loose in the arms. Length goes to about mid thigh. Looks great with leggings. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments.
A2:It depends on how long you want it. The medium is going to be longer on you. I am 5’4” and 135 pounds and I got a small and it fits perfectly. It comes about 4 inches above my knee!
