ANSWERS: The keyboard RGB backlit modes can be switch by pressing [FN]+[Insert]/[Home]/[Page Up]/[Delete]/[End]/[Page Down], BUT the mouse is only RED backlit can not change.

ANSWERS: You can download the software on redragon.com. NOTE: ONLY the mouse is programmable.

ANSWERS: Remove the keycap and clean debris thoroughly from the keyboard base.
