What to do if the volume is too low?
1. Use the physical buttons on Quest/PS/PC to adjust and increase the volume.
2. (1) On most VR: Settings > Audio Output and ensure headphones are set as the default device.
(2) PS5/4: Settings > Sound > Audio Output and select the correct device.
Can’t find Bluetooth or only one earbud has sound after connecting? What should I do?
1. Reset the gaming earbuds by long-pressing the black button at the bottom of the charging case, then try reconnecting.

IAMJOY gaming earbuds are not compatible with XBOX.

1. Insert the dongle (or dongle + USB-A) into the console’s USB port, and the adapter will automatically pair with the earbuds.
2. Open the earbud case, locate the “P107” device, activate pairing mode, and connect the Bluetooth to your phone.
What should I do if there’s high latency in VR on Quest, Pico, PC, Console, or PS4/5?
1. Please use the dongle (or dongle + USB-A) to connect your VR/PC/Console, rather than relying on a Bluetooth connection.
2. Please note that it is important to insert the Dongle into the front of the main unit and avoid plugging it into the back.
