1.Ensure your computer supports Thunderbolt 3.0 above.

The monitor fickers and keeps switching on and off. How to solve it?
1.Insufficient power is causing this issue. Please connect an external power supply to the monitor.
2.If this doesn’t resolve the problem, inform us and we will provide a solution within 12 hours.
How to save the brightness setting?
The monitor will automatically save all settings when displaying witha USB-C connection or HDMl connection. But if the device cannot provide enough power for this monitor, it will automatically reset the brightness.
