Purple Martins are social birds that prefer colony living. Heath’s 12-room wooden, Starling-resistant, Purple Martin House is constructed of durable, long-lasting cedar. Each room has an appropriate-sized opening to keep Starlings out and includes railings to keep younger birds safe. The roof has an extra perch and it removes for cleaning, maintenance and nest checks. Hardware included and mounting pole is sold separately.
