SW4 Earbuds Connection Guide

Remove the red protective film Before using the earbuds for the first time, please make sure to remove the red protective film from the charging contacts under the earbuds. Then place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and reopen it to power on the earbuds.Connect the Dongle: Insert the USB-C dongle into the USB-C port of your device.Connection Indicator: Once the dongle is successfully paired with the earbuds, the light on the dongle will turn solid.No Sound Output: If there is no sound, check the sound output settings on your device. Ensure that “SW4” is selected as the audio output device.Microphone Not Working: If the microphone is not working, check the microphone input settings on your device and ensure “SW4” is selected as the audio input device.Mute/Unmute Microphone: To mute or unmute the microphone while in dongle mode, triple-tap the touch control button on either earbud.

Important Notice:

We do not recommend using the USB dongle through a docking station, which may affect the performance of the earbuds. For the best experience, please plug the dongle directly into your device’s USB port.

Charging Recommendation

Please use the provided charging cable. Charging the earbuds via a computer or laptop USB port is not recommended, as it might not provide enough power for proper charging. We recommend using a wall power outlet or socket instead.
