CLEANING YOUR NEEDLE and clean airbrush

1.Start by screwing off the tail of the airbrush.

2.Loosen needle retaining bolt-half turn of bolt is all that is necessary. Do not remove Bolta the way just lightly loosens.

3.Now gently pull the needle completely out of the airbrush Be cautious not to bend the needle while sliding out of the airbrush

4.Clean buildup off the needle using a damp paper towel. Dirtyneedles can cause splattering Be cautious not to poke yourself with the needle.

5.While the needle is out of the airbrush, clean the front nozzle with afresh cotton swab Remove all makeup buildup around the nozzle.

1.Add eight drops of water or cleaning solution to the gun cup and the solution dissolves any residual pigment or makeup.

2.With the unit still on, place your index finger over the airbrush nozzle to block airflow. Gently pullback on your airbrush throttle 1/4of the way so small bubbles appear in the makeup cup Backwash for 8-15 seconds depending on the level of cleaning required Back washing aerates and clears the airbrush inside.

3.WITH THE SYSTEM ON blowout all water onto a tissue or in your bathroom sink by spraying using the maximum throttle position on your airbrush.

4.Remove any makeup residue from the airbrush makeup cup with a soft cotton swab. Do not apply excessive pressure to the airbrush needle running through the bottom of the makeup cup as this may damage your airbrush.

Cleaning & Maintenance Methods

1. Please test airbrush kit with clear water before using pigment or paint to make sure that the airbrush is not clogged to spray normally.

2. Please use the water-based makeup foundations instead of oil based makeup foundations, you need to use makeup foundations made for airbrush otherwise it will clog the nozzle. It is recommended to use the Professional Airbrush Cosmetic Makeup Foundation.

3. If the airbrush is not able to spray liquid, it may also be that the fluid control knob is too tight, please adjust the tail screw. Or it may be that the nozzle is blocked. Please remove and clean the nozzle. Please refill cup with alcohol or cleaning solvent, then block the needle cover with a finger and spray. The air flows backward into nozzle to clean the paints remained the airbrush. Please repeat it 2-3 times. After that, please wipe off the residual solvent. Dry the airbrush to avoid stains or rust, convenient for next use.

4. If the airbrush compressor can not be charged and does not work. Maybe the battery has been exhausted during use. The battery can not be started and recharged by itself, so the air compressor can only be replaced by us.

5. After continuous use of 30 minutes, the air compressor should be turned off for a few minutes to cool it. After that, the air compressor can be used again and this extends its life.

6. When using acrylic paint, please dilute with distilled water or with good quality commercial thinners specifically made for acrylic paints

7. airbrush gun is only spray watercolor pigments, inks and properly diluted paints. If the paint and liquid are too thick, please properly dilute it with water or thinner.(Note: The concentration of paint and thinner cannot be adjusted higher than milk)

8. After each use of this airbrush, please use clean water or cleaning solvent to clean the fluid cup and the nozzle thoroughly in time and do not let the paint become dry, so as to avoid nozzle clogging or uneven spraying.
